Studio Hire Terms & Conditions
We are thrilled that you've chosen to book our studio for your shoot. Below, you'll find the terms and conditions that apply to your booking. While we aim to keep things friendly and accommodating, it's important for both parties to understand our policies.
Payment
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the date of the session booking. To secure your booking, please remit payment to the following email address: hello@27project.com.au.
Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until the remittance has been sent and verified by our team. We recommend completing the payment promptly to secure your preferred session date and time.
Cancellations
All bookings are considered final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable.If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us with at least 24 hours' notice. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling at no extra cost.
Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays. If you anticipate being late, please contact us before your scheduled start time. While we strive to be flexible, significant delays may affect your session time as we have other bookings to consider. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Overtime Rates
For Content Studio:
Overtime rates are $150 per hour between 9am and 6pm.
Overtime rates are $250 per hour between 6pm and 9am.
For Podcast Studio:
Overtime rates are $100 per hour between 9am and 6pm.
Overtime rates are $150 per hour between 6pm and 9am.
Please be mindful of your booking hours to avoid incurring additional charges. It’s cheaper to book extra time prior to your shoot than it is to pay for overtime on the day!
Clean-Up Fees
We take pride in providing a clean and inviting studio environment for all clients. If the studio is left in a condition that requires more cleaning than expected, we may charge a cleaning fee based on a quote from a cleaning company. We kindly request that you leave the studio as you found it.
Your Responsibilities
It is essential that you:
Ensure that the equipment you order is suitable for your needs.
Have sufficient knowledge to operate our equipment correctly. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance or guidance if needed.
Comply with all relevant occupational health, safety, and rehabilitation obligations and codes of practice applicable to the equipment and its use.
Properly clean the equipment before returning it to us to avoid additional fees.
Accept responsibility for any missing / damaged equipment or product damages caused during your booking. You will be held accountable for any necessary repairs or replacements.
If there are children on set at the studio they are your full responsibly.
